Funny. In a disturbing kind of a way. Employees willingly get punched in the face in slo-mo

So evidently this production company named Action Figure did this elaborate PR move to garner publicity, virally via the interwebs. The funny part is that all of these people are said to have agreed to do this with no questions asked.
“The disturbing thing is that no one questioned it when all employees were asked to meet in Stage One so that we could punch them in the face,” says Matt Hovis, Director and Principal at Action Figure.
It gets a little disturbing after watching the skin literally shift off of their skulls, but for some reason I couldn't look away... and couldn't help but laugh either.

TDAA (or ThisDayAndAge or TA) here...that video was somewhat disturbing with, like you said, the skin moving off their skulls. eek. but, I'm as sick as you are because the whole thing was kind of humorous. I feel like that's wrong, but oh well. and as angela said, I can't believe that none of them flinched! crazy.

and thanks for adding me too...hooray.

angela: I know right? Not even a blink. But they all did close their eyes afterward, which was weird.

alice: hahaha, pretty weird right?

TDAA Yeah I guess we all... wait... I'm sick? And by saying AS sick as I am, does that mean exorbitantly so? :] jk hahaha. This vid is too creepy especially the second time I watched it.

TDAA again...in response to your previous post...I'm responding now to it. and as far as your 40-hour job plus waiting tables? it can be done. I promise. that's basically my life now (except it's a 32-hour day job, plus about the 30 hours of waiting tables). I have faith you can do it. and tips [sometimes] make up for the stress that results...and as jerseysjov said, it's fine to say outback, because it is a huge chain, so no one will know which one. and working at a chain is good, because you can transfer to other locations without having to re-train. my one word of advice--don't get involved with anyone at work haha...it's bad any way you look at it (said the girl who got involved with someone at work).

My air still doesn't work. :D woohoo, right? There's nothing in my lease that says I don't have to pay anything ever. . . it is messed up!
